First, I find it odd that there are no interior pics of this place on any rental site, or even their own website. They state that there is A/C, this is only true for the hallways and other common areas. There is NO A/C in the units and window units are not allowed. Be ready to pay $300+ for a portable A/C unit. Parking is a joke. If you manage to snag a handicapped spot, don't EVER move your car. The tiny yellow triangle of a deck is only big enough for 1 chair, or 2 standing adults. The yellow is an eyesore and very few units have this tiny, yellow triangle. There is a woman who gave 13 West, 15 West, and K West apartments very detailed 5 star ratings....she WORKS for the company. She is a leasing agent at K West, which is a sister property.

For the most part, I really enjoyed living here. Had I stayed in Vancouver, I would have stayed at 15 West. The units are nice & modern. The office staff are positive & professional. Maintenance is responsive. I found most neighbors to be pleasant. It's a great location in walking distance to so many things. The biggest negatives were the random, too-frequent fire drills (one was at 2:30am), extra parking fee, tiny parking spots, & lack of A/C (especially strange since it was built just a couple years ago). Overall I recommend 15 West though.

Nonprofit Disability

Bad resident care by front desk, loud people, front desk is only concerned with collecting rent due. Most of time, whole building smells, no air condition, though it was advertised. Some resident, do not care about the quality of the building and keeping it clean. No staff on weekends, when bad things really happen, no one is available, tons of homeless people around two thumbs down and I would give it a zero if I could as well, need to have the building clean on daily basis and stop being so cheap, floor should be mopped daily.

I love my lil apartment I have lived here for about 7 months and my Landlords have been great to me and my family. The neighbors upstairs get a lil noisey with there dog but besides that I have no complaints. My neigbors are chill and if something needs to be fixed there really quick. I always chat with the Property Manager Corrina and Julia they are super sweet and very helpful. The location is awesome I'm walking distance to Esther short park for the farmer's market super cool.
