Not sure but I've noticed both random failures and excellent service at random times. I do think part of the problem is then trying to integrate the new kiosk into their program .. fails almost every time.
Don't know but we had the same problem. The store down the street didn't have that problen. Not going back there again
Yes, I agree with everyone. How do they stay in business? It took me 45 minutes in the drive thru just for a frappe'!!! Totally ridiculous, for sure!!!!
Yes there were longer delays than normal, maybe they weren't fully staffed but than the place was overcrowded, inside and at the drive through. Looked like over a hundred customers inside and the staff on hand worked extra hard to please each and everyone of us with a smile on their face. Great job McDonalds I'll see you sgain.

The problem now is they make everything to order that slows it down
Don't know. I've been stuck in line for half an hour there before. I avoid it around peak times. Service is usually fine off peak.
