The worst McDonald's in tge area. How is it you are this slow with 20 people inside. No sodas and the inability to correctly make a big mac?Mac? Bread, bread then everything else.

Please do humanity a favor and eat anywhere else but at this McDonald location. This is the worst managed and poorly run McDonald's in the country. You deserve better as a customer. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else. You will be thankful if you listen to this review. Thank you for the consideration.

Since Covid this place has gone downhill it used to be one of the top McDonald’s. Today was the last straw. This Quarter pounder with cheese has two bottom buns, the wrong onions, and almost no toppings.

No longer open 24/7! It has happened. For a long time this McDonalds would be “closed” from midnight until about 6 am. Unofficially of course. Even though still advertising as being 24/7. The hours are now posted on the front door and drive through window. The lobby is still in disarray. Cables hanging from the monitors and none of them working. Drive through gets severely backed up. The Chick-Fil-A at south hill gets you through in 5 minutes with 3x the traffic. With TWO ordering lines mind you. It’s entirely likely you’ll be stuck an excess of 15 minutes at the drive through. It’s often faster to go in. But no monitors to order from. So you better know what you want or pull out your phone.

I only go there cause my grandkids like it. Plus, I do like the Carmel frappuccino..... hahaha
Not sure but I've noticed both random failures and excellent service at random times. I do think part of the problem is then trying to integrate the new kiosk into their program .. fails almost every time.
If I were you I would just get the burger and cut it yourself they are too ignorant to have added instructions to there already stressful job it is ridiculous in there they act like it's the end of the world but yet no one is doing anything in the managers do nothing it is the worst McDonald's I think I've ever seen and unfortunately I have to go to them all the time for work and it is absolutely horrible every time I wouldn't even use the app cuz no one ever responds to you anyway McDonald's has become a complete joke in every aspect another suggestion just don't go there
