Waiting in line for over an hour. They do not answer the phone. Only have an hour lunch and now I am late for work. Very hot in the car. No reason a line of four vehicles in front should take this long. Wow.

I have never experienced such bad customer service or incompetence in any bank in any state, as I did at this location. One teller, 4 people sitting at desks and I was told they can't do a wire transfer without an appointment. Ridiculous! We went to a branch in Bellevue, no problem. We won't be using this branch ever again.

Had been seated talked to a representative. He had come to the conclusion that I owed on two accounts and he could do nothing about the fact that I was unaware that I’d been charged in not one but 2 accounts. I’m unsure how someone can open up another account while peeing on one and then close it out and get charged once again anywho. Once we were done he placed me back in line for a 10 min wait for me to come up to another person who had not a clue what was going on. The experience was horrid and I would not bank with them
