There is no launch at the peir.i know people catch crabs of the pier.
I've seen people jet ski and kayak off of Veterans Memorial Beach right near Laurence Harbor. Its the bay. Google it. Idk how big your boat is but if you can pull it from the lot to the water no one will bother you. I know theres crabs because they always get my bait.
