Family friendly, safe, clean rooms, inexpensive & extremely close to the beach. Made our stay hassle free. The gentleman that takes care of the place was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. Can't go wrong for the price.

Great value for the money. The room had everything you need all the amenities refrigerator microwave toilet paper soap plenty of towels even though the bathroom a shower or shared they were exceptionally clean. Just don't forget to bring the toilet paper with you to the bathroom that is supplied for you in the room. There's even complimentary water in the refrigerator. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and Keansburg amusement park and the water park we had a great time.

Please, if you place any value on your life, don’t stay at this god forsaken place. We came in with rock bottom expectations, and they were not even remotely met. I was looking for a cheap, bad hotel, and this place was so much worse than that. In lieu of a receptionist, you are greeted by a paper sign instructing you to “call vinny or ron” for a key. The “hotel” is marked by a paper sign only visible if you peer inside the window. In the middle of the afternoon, nobody answered a phone call to cancel my stay. Do yourself a favor and sleep on the beach.

Old, filthy, rundown place that stinks of old cigarette smoke. I wish I read other reviews here before renting a room. Learning that this place hosts mentally impaired people explains cacophony of most remarkable noises from other rooms that kept me up all night.
