This is a nice Cozi bfast spot in Englewood, I have been here multiple times and I just had enough, food is good but the oldest Dominican waitress they have is so loud and once she started arguing and cursing other of the waitresses there in a very unfair way to the point that everyone was afraid she was going to fight her or something. It really ruined the ambience of this nice spot.

The food is excellent. 2 stars because the service is catastrophic and the tables are dirty and disgusting. The waiters are lazy and apathetic - no other words to describe it. Owner should consider revising the staff and improving the service and place hygiene.

I loved it!!!! you need to try the different specialty coffee the atmosphere is laid back, customer service is WORLD CLASS!

Some days ago I met my daughter, who I did not see long time ago, and I invite her to this coffee because I love their food and their desserts. Everything was fine, however, while we were talking, we heard two ladies arguing so hard in front of all the people, and that was a really awkward situation. The worst thing here, is that they work in this coffee and that situation got all of us uncomfortable, we were looking for a calm place to talk but that unexpected situation messed up our moment and made us to leave the place. This was really unprofessional and it's a pity that this had happened.
