The Bristal Assisted Living at Englewood

Bristal’s director of business & director of community relations exaggerated on what they could do for my uncle. He was only there for 2 weeks and then told us they couldn’t take care of him. This was after doing an assessment and stating they could provide him the necessary care. Don’t trust the Bristal!

The Bristal at Englewood gave my Mom an incredible gift of happiness and love the past 2 1/2 years that she lived there. The care is tops—everyone from the aides to the nurses to the activities people are absolutely wonderful. They took the best care of my Mom and made her feel loved even at the very end. I am going to miss everyone at the Bristal. Incredible people in every way. I highly recommend this community.

We looked at several assisted living facilities before we visited The Bristal. Nothing compared! My mom is 97 but still able to be in independent living. Her room is perfect. The entire facility is immaculate and there is a true sense of community. In the dining room the residents order from a varied menu so there is always something they like. My mom participates in many of the activities offered, but loves the movie theater. Making a decision like this was not easy but I know I put her in the best place possible. I no longer worry about her. I am so glad we decided to take the tour!

This is a very beautiful facility with a very caring staff. I felt instantly at home when I first came here. The nurses were all friendly and helpful. The facilities are all top notch. I also like that it is near route 4 making it convenient for visitors and family.
