Your pastries are delicious, I only have one comment, The cheesecake was out of this world, with the exception it did not stand up very well, when I took it out it was more like a pudding it just didn’t hold up, When putting it on a dish, But other than that it was delicious. Don’t change the recipe, OK now that I tried that carrot cake and Apple crumb. They were great. Everything very fresh . Can’t wait to try the donuts and cookies.

A huge difference! The cases were chock full of delicious goodies, treats and cakes!! The cannoli were the best!! I coukd have lived without the Beetlejuice paint job outside, but to each his own...the treats were top notch!!
