I have found them very responsive too, not sure why you are having issues.
Have no idea. Never have a problem. Grt work. Snuck me in yesterday to fix my muffler that broke loose. They are the only shop that I let work on my things. I give 5 stars for the services I get.
I agree with Chad and Kirk. Yes, they are busy, for good reasons, but I've never had any problems with them not responding. Perhaps try again?
