I recently had my ball joints replaced by this Les Schwab and it was completely orderly, professional, and on time. And most importantly, honest. They quoted what they thought it would be, labor ended up being less and my bill was less than I was quoted by a little. That is integrity folks, and that is priceless. I recommend this shop. It does get very busy as the folks between lower Port Orchard, Purdy and beyond drive down here to get work done so get here early and don't expect miracles. My truck needed parts ordered, but all said and done it was ready in a week, and done in about an hour or two. Gave me two calls to tell me while I was working. 5/5 thank you for your professionalism.

So much for buying all of our tires at Les Schwab... 3 trucks, 2 cars, 1 SUV, and 3 car trailers. Found a nail in my tire, came straight to Les Swab in Gig Harbor and with 1 hour until closing, they cannot patch a hole? 10 min job. I understand they're busy, but with the services you offer when purchasing tires, I'd think you'd leave room for emergency services. Wow. 1st time in 3 decades I've actually needed a tire repaired.

I made an online appt thinking it would be faster, it was NOT. Had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes! I watched thru the window 5 guys "working ". Actually only 2 guys working while other 3 stood around talking and tried to act like they were working!!! Come on Les Schwab you used to be the best in town! Everything about this place is SUPER SLOW including the front desk help!

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM! I’ve had one hell of a bad day, they got me in even though I showed up at 5:15pm for a tire patch….and it was on the house. I think they could sense how much I needed something positive to happen since my day had been horrible since 730am. Please please please go see them for any of your needs! They are fantastic people!

As mentioned, the BJ80 is probably a code that Les Schwab uses. Google maps is useful, but only Les Schwab can answer that question. Les Schwab has a great reputation, particularly for tires and brakes, but if you trust your dealer, or want to, get a price quote from them too, and compare.
