This place is way overpriced compared to everywhere else to start with... They tell you stuff Is wrong with your car when it's not so they can charge you more money for extra work you really don't need. Stick with a big name place and save your money and piece of mind. The staff ( besides scott) are all horrible. I don't know if they hate there lives or what but man they are rude and there's this one little sasquatch guy there who looks like a woman and acts like a woman who was really rude. Just save your time and money and go anywhere else besides eagle. I heard from other people after I went here they all mostly had horrible experiences as well. Please if you ever listened to a review follow this one and save some serious serious money and save yourself from a serious serious headache and go anywhere else. I say anywhere else cause I'm sure anywhere else couldn't be any worse then this place was................

I know when I drop my cars off here they'll be fixed correctly and that we will never be ripped off. Only automotive place where I've found this to be true. We don't even ask what it will cost ahead of time because we know it'll be fair. We've been coming here for years. A couple of times we could have been charged but were not since things were still under warranty. I would have never know if they weren't.

Friday morning of July 2, 2021, 200+ miles from home, and we get warning lights on the dash of our 2014 Toyota Sienna. An unscrupulous shop could have used this as a *perfect* excuse to rip off a traveler far from home. Instead the front desk manager explained what the warnings likely meant, assured us that we were good to continue our journey, and wished us well. If I lived anywhere near Gig Harbor Washington *THIS* would be my "go to" auto shop!
