Is this a studio thats plus size friendly? I would love to take classes to build strength and confidence but have been hesitant of taking classes due to being plus size.

Yes! Im plus size and I pole here. :D don't get me wrong, pole isn't easy for everyone at first but Ecdysiast staff will always support you and cheerlead you on. they even have a plus sized instructor, Asteria, who is the best. :) do it !

Yes! We took a class there and they were super welcoming to people of all sizes, experience, genders, and orientations. It was a super nice studio and I highly recommend you going to a class!
