Can I pay pep boys to give me a pass so I can pass the emissions test? I need tabs on car there expired and am not able to put the car I just bought in my name until we can pass emissions.

You will need to make fixes up to a certain amount at Pep Boys. Then you can take your paperwork to emissions for a waiver on your test.
