My husband contacted Meineke on Sat June 25th because our 17 year old daughters car was having mechanical problems, and was not starting consistently. He was told that they may be able to look at it that day, and he should bring it in immediately. He was informed they may not be able to do it until Monday and we could leave it there at our own risk. We didn't hear from them Saturday, and they closed, also keeping our daughters only key. We assumed they would call us if they didn't get to it. Monday morning, we were informed by the manager, Brittan, that all 4 tires and rims were stolen off the vehicle. We asked why it wasn't put in the shop, as they had room. Brittan stated, "I would have, if you asked". Then he said, "I was working by myself and couldn't push it in" The car was able to start and drive. He simply didn't do his due diligence to safeguard our vehicle. Brittan simply wanted to play the audio recording of my husband being told it would be left at our own risk. We had to purchase new rims and tires, at $1100. They still didn't have our vehicle diagnosed by the end of Monday, and we took it home. They could have accepted some responsibility with their negligence in communicating that our car was being left outside. Paying our insurance deductible would be reasonable. But they did nothing. Absolutely do NOT leave your vehicle with Meineke.

Was able to get appointment same day for oil change and brake inspection. I was quoted 1 hr, but they got me in and done in about 45 minutes. Very nice a respectful. Sometimes as a women I go into places and not treated respectfully. I’m a small business owner and appreciate the professionalism and way I was treated. Women should be able to expect that. We will definitely return with our other fleet vehicles they are half the price and better in my opinion. And this place was closer then where we were taking our fleet vehicles. Great job Meineke special shout out to the tech and the manager Josh that helped me. Thanks a bunch

They did a wonderful job. They were able to get my vehicle in the day after I call and completed the work in just one day. They keep me updated on what was going on and how much the job would cost. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

I had a tie rod on my truck break on me on Friday. Jen took my call and was extremely professional. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but I understand. The repair costed less than I anticipated, so no complaints there.
