I just got off of the phone with a horrific receptionist, dispatcher. Horrific! Rude, cut me off, aggressive and unprofessional. We were called by the State Patrol, given the location of a stolen school vehicle and told that it was being towed by this company. I asked for the van to be towed to our yard. Answer No. Okay that is fine. But the way that this receptionist spoke to me was not or never acceptable. She needs a new profession, not in customer care. Be Better Puyallup towing. Edit: The rep from Puyallup Towing just contacted me, apologized for the experience, will speak with his person and then threatened and questioned me. Now it all makes sense. FYI: the driver was professional and did a wonderful job for us this morning.

These guys are amazing! Can’t remember our guys name but he towed our forester home for us. He was super nice did a great job put the car where we needed it to be fixed. The office guy who took our quote in the beginning was very professional and very nice also. So glad we went with them. Such a great staff they have!

The guy came to rescue me and my family at the store. Our car won’t start. He was so helpful and kind. He towed us to the shop and was all done with the tow in like 45 minutes. So fast and excellent service. Thank you so much

Ken Our Prices are the same for a SUV no matter the hour or day. Again we quoted the price before we sent a driver and the customer agreed to the price. Thanks Puyallup Towing
Ken. Good evening. To answer your question we charge for every mile that we drive including, hook fee and credit card fee. The actual cost of the tow was 182 plus tax. We quoted the price before we sent our driver out and the customer agreed to our price. Thanks Puyallup Towing
After hours pick up is 92 plus tax. Its a state regulated fee for vehicles that have been impounded.
