That is a question you would probably have to ask city hall. I wouldn't advise it though as it is a high traffic area with max trains running by on all four sides of the block every 15 minutes or more often sometimes. Plus homeless and other undesirables that often frequent the area being loud and causing trouble. It's one of the most populous areas of the downtown corridor much of the year so you would probably need several ushers to help with the event. But as I said city hall would be the best place to address this request to. Hope this helps.

They have security that patrols the square and I'm sure they would make hard on you and possibly ruin your day.

I would say most likely you have to have a permit if you have gas and stuff I'm not so sure you and your husband getting married but I'm sure if you have people most likely a permit
