No unfortunately you can't buy any type of a concert ticket here. This is where Portland city bus has their main office at where you can buy tickets for the bus but that's just about it. It is actually a really cool place to go it's called Portland's living room every year that's where the city has their Christmas tree lighting at the day after Thanksgiving and it's pretty cool to check out on the right day in the summertime you can catch this thing called flicks on the bricks so they show movies up against the bricks
