why won't they answer the phone? I've called two times, different days, to reconfirm a reservation because I can't remember the time. Both times Ive been on hold for longer than 10 min. no answer, just hold music. still waiting.....

Yes they are busy and like everyone, they are short staffed for answering phones. I always reserve online and save to my calendar. You can sit at the open bar until your table is ready.

Because they are a super busy restaurant and, like most businesses, are understaffed. I'm sure their priority is serving the people there first.
