While the online appointment process was easy and the piercer (Anji) was decent, the rest of the experience was far from okay. I bought my own jewelry to bring, which I was questioned about where I got it from, the type of metals it was. I explained I got surgical steel jewelry from Amazon with thousands of great reviews. They then said they would refuse piercing with my jewelry and that I would need to buy theirs. To be clear, I got three holes pierced and my daughter two (ears) and they refused to let my husband pay and take daughter to the park behind the building because I wasn’t finished, then made me pay separately for mine and hers. So he could’ve paid and left like he had asked to do. Then the total (with 15% for ears & 20% tip for my piercings) COST $650+. And that’s how they make all of their money, refusing your jewelry and forcing you to either cancel your appointment and have to pay a cancellation fee or buy their overpriced jewelry. Definitely will be going somewhere else next time.

Excellent & professional service; by both customer service staff & piercer. I called initially w/ pricing & piercing questions & made a next day appointment on their website. Very clean establishment w/ competent/experienced staff. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

A great experience with getting my daughters ears pierced. We wanted to go somewhere that didn't use a gun. The only issue I have is that trying to sell hundreds of dollars of gold jewelry for a young girl with her first piercings seems a bit ridiculous. It really feels more like a jewelry store that incidentally does piercing and tattoos.

Went here for a multiple piercing ear project. All of the staff was super knowledgeable and helped me pick exactly what I wanted to get done and beautiful jewelry for each one. The piercer was very professional. Everything came out beautiful and I could not be more happy.

All of our professional body piercers are different, so we suggest a consultation for minors under the age of 14 that are interested in nostril piercings so that we can go over what to expect and aftercare to insure proper healing. The specifics are up to the piercer you are working with on that day, feel free to call or visit the studio for further information or a consultation. We always have a piercer on staff and are open 7 days a week.
A nostril piercing is $30 plus the cost of jewelry. We only carry safe jewelry options in implant-grade, high polish materials. Jewelry options start at about $95 in gold and about $30 in titanium.
We have a wide variety of jewelry options in a variety of materials, feel free to visit the studio and see our selection!
Yes, if you are over 18 a birth certificate and current school identification card together act as an acceptable form of proof of age.
No, unfortunately we do not carry any costume body jewelry
Hey Sameeta, The piercing fee for a navel is $30 plus the cost of jewelry. Our jewelry varies in price but all of the materials we carry are high polish and implant grade and come with a manufacturer's guarantee from any defects. Please visit the studio to see all of the options we have for navel piercings, there are lots! -Dae Jedic, Studio Manager
Well answered. Given their lack of professionalism and poor scheduling I would not longer use them. However, pop in early they have great inventory and you can sidestep any scheduling.
Yes they do. For piercings it is all walk ins. If they are swamped, your name and phone number will be taken down and you get a call when your next in line to be pierced. Typically a 20 minute call ahead (if you decide to leave). For tattoos its a bit different. They typically have 1 on site who more often then not is working on a client. Ive had 6 sessions here lasting about 4-8 hours at a time. Ive only seen 1 other tattoo artist in the shop while I was getting mine done. Its best to call ahead in regards to actual tattoos. Deep roots has a few other locations also.
