I placed an order for a motorcycle battery online to pickup from this store. On arriving they tried to deliver me a battery of a different (cheap) brand than what I had ordered. When asked, the store person said its the same battery and printed with a different brand name at the factory. I said I was looking for the exact specific brand and model that I had bought online and she said they didn't have that and pursuaded me that this was the same model and brand. On doing a quick online search I found the same brand for $30 cheaper on Amazon and on mentioning that to her, she immediately responded "We are not Amazon". So, I asked her to cancel my order, got a refund and left to give my business to someplace else. Total ripoff and rude associate. No apology for their goof up nor were they willing to price match. Not going to go there ever again.

Came in with a worn out battery from an electric scooter hoping to find a replacement. The guy at the counter tried looking it up, but had no luck so he calls out to a co-worker across the store. This guy takes one look from 30ft away, and just says "No." Then heads into the back. Silly me bringing a battery into a battery store looking for some information. So sorry to trouble you.

The service I got today was extraordinary. The battery that was selected via the web site product configurator was the wrong one (wasn't even a car battery). The clerk spotted the error, found the correct battery, and handled the reconciliation of the bill - she made the experience really easy, she was very knowledgeable and I'm a happy customer.
