Without asking, my daughter bought a male guinea pig from the Warrenton Petco a few days ago with a Happy Home cage. Guinea pigs need a companion. Are the guinea pigs neutered? Asking before we buy/adopt another friend for him.

You might check with a vet to see if they sterilize for a reasonable price.

They are not but you can pair to males if you go slowly
