For both of your questions you would need to contact the clinic directly. 8Translation Services are available to Medicare & Medicaid Patients but must be scheduled for in advance as they are not something that the medical clinic provides.
I know they have translation services available. The insurance question you can usually ask your insurance company, or check on their website.
