We’ve been waiting for about two hours! They put deaf & disabled patient last and put hearing ableism people ahead of us. I was trying ask them why are we waiting so long?, they ignore us and telling us go back to the line. Really?! Zero tolerance of discrimination and oppression! I’m going to find us a better family clinic.

Even though I had to change my primary care doctor at first, I can say without reservation that I have total trust for all my regular care people. I feel that my care providers are super capable, that my well being is important to them, and I am always treated with respect.

RUDE call center staff. Just tried twice now to make an appointment as a new patient and was told my insurance has to “assign” me to this clinic. ????? I pay for insurance so that I can choose my physician/clinic. After calling my insurance company, I was told the woman I spoke with on the phone (Stacy) from PeaceHealth basically lied to me and that I don’t need to be “assigned” anywhere. I will be in contact tomorrow as soon as they open to get this straightened out. Apart from lying to me, Stacy seemed extremely agitated from the moment she answered my phone call. HOPEFULLY my experiences with PeaceHealth going forward will be better than this. Considering this was the FIRST time I had any contact with them, it’s not looking good.

I have generally had good experiences at this clinic. They really put in a good effort to get you in and things are quite timely almost every time.

For both of your questions you would need to contact the clinic directly. 8Translation Services are available to Medicare & Medicaid Patients but must be scheduled for in advance as they are not something that the medical clinic provides.
Online and they do take messages
All my doctors recommend reaching out to the provider. The amount of scheduling they do can lead to delays. If you want faster service, call them. I do and it helps
How do you mean? I use to be on low income state health insurance & " Always " went to there. They usually always have a few really good females there behind the counter too. Ali and Dani are awesome. I always went there. Some very nice doctor's, and yes there can be.
