Probably because it's Sunday
I was there last week and there was 4-6 guys on rotation from what I could see during a shift changeover. Had to wait a bit, but. Nothing excessive. With the current state of the world, I was grateful they were able to change oil without having to leave my car for hours or overnight somewhere. Time to shift expectations and recognize your own needs are always met at the expense of others. Have a little patience, it will be worth the wait.
KH, probably had a couple people call out. It happens occasionally. When I went recently they had a full crew and cranking the cars through in rapid manner.
