I really enjoyed speaking to your employee Andy. He has such a great personality. He was funny yet very professional. He answered all my questions and explained in detail everything I needed to know. I had friends there in 10 minutes to pick up my bed and it was ready. He threw in the pillows and mattress cover wish I really appreciated. I've had the best sleep ever. When I called back to tell him just how much I am enjoying my new bed, he actually remembered me and that's unusual these days. You have a great employee in Andy so you better hang on to him. He has such an infectious laugh. I told him next time I'm in the area I'm going to stop in and meet him in person, put a face to the name. Thank you Andy for such a wonderful experience I will recommend you and your store to anyone in need of a good night's sleep.

Originally I purchased a mattress from a big box furniture store knowing they would have to order it and we would have to wait. However waiting turned in to multiple times of them giving us a delivery date and then rescheduling because they did not actually even have the product yet. Let me tell you after 10 weeks of sleeping in a camper after moving while waiting for this mattress only to get excited and then let down multiple times I was beyond done. I called up Mattress Depot to see what they actually had in stock kind of in a frustrated panic and Clint was awesome. He went through what I ordered with the other store and double checked what he actually had in stock while I was on the phone and was 100% honest with what the situation was. He was able to not only get me the same mattress I ordered with the other guys but he was able to deliver it ASAP so I could get my aching body off the camper bed. The service and attention to detail was just what I was looking for and I am happily sleeping in real bed now!

Purchased my mattress here, 2 years ago and I still love it that I came and got another one. My sales associate Andy was very patient and informative. My new mattress arrives soon I’ll let y’all know how it goes.
