The hours listed on Google are incorrect. They have their actual hours listed on their door. I didn't know this until I looked today. I was going based off of the hits listed on Google which explain why I got off of work they were closed They need to be updated immediately. Plus, me and other customers have been waiting out side for 10 minutes for the business to open. I have to get to work. This is not professional.

Came in to have the alignment checked on my truck after pulling parts of the suspension off for inspection. Reps tried to tell me "The truck can't be checked because your ball joints have play". Went home and pulled the tire off myself to find out the shocks were the cause of the play in less than 30 seconds of checking. Replaced the shocks myself and had the alignment fixed at the Poulsbo store and they had no issue fixing the alignment. If your techs can't tell the difference between ball joint play and worn shocks they should not be working on cars. Couldn't be less satisfied with this store if I tried. Tried to contact the company via the email they listed, and they ignored me and didn't respond. Doesn't surprise me. I continue to recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

I’ve always had good customer service at this location, Don is very nice and helpful. Sometimes they are a little backed up but it’s honestly very understandable due to Covid hitting most businesses and being short staffed.

Ok so I like to start with positives before we get into the “needs improvement” arena. First off, the place is clean, it looks nice and has decent parking. Next, there was the front desk. I was treated with respect and understanding from the clerk at the front. He quickly and professionally set us up with an appointment for the next day, and we were on our way. That unfortunately is the end of my positives. The next day arrives and we arrive for our appointment at our scheduled time. (30 minutes prior in fact) our appointment time was 11. Totally fine and great for my needs. We decided to stay at the nearby Starbucks to pass the time. 1pm rolls by (2 hours past our appointment time) and our car is still in the parking lot and not seen. I think they are just busy and short staffed, no problems there, everyone is hurting. I go in to check the schedule and see how much longer it will be. The clerk was again nice and told me “you are up next, shouldn’t be long now.” Perfect, so I leave and give them some extra time. 3pm rolls by and still no movement or news. This is now 4 hours past our appointment time. 4 hours. I go in again, and again am told “it shouldn’t be long now your car is next.” Well, my car was next at 1pm as well. Quite possibly my car would be “next” until the end of time, had I not just asked for my keys back at 4pm. We were told no one is working on cars and there is a “mechanics meeting” going on. That’s all well and good except for our appointment was now 5 hours past due. I would think if you are 5+ hours behind schedule, that we could wait on “meetings” for a little bit while we take care of customers waiting well past their appointment time. While they were having a nice chat, there was no movement in their shop. I eventually had to ask for my keys back to leave at 4pm, 5+ hours past my allotted appointment time. My day was practically over by this point. Can’t recommend this place until management gets let go and replaced by someone who can manage schedules a bit better. They had no problem taking the appointments, the problem was KEEPING the appointments.
