Came in looking for a new deck, the woman helping me was very friendly and was willing to assist me in sorting out my best options. The price was right and there was very little stress about shopping there. Would rate perfect 5/5 if the item I was looking for was on hand but it came in within a just few days and was contacted directly for pick up. Would recommend when shopping for a new head unit.

I drove an hour and a half to this car toys because the one near me is so bad. Terrance was incredibly helpful, everyone working had top notch customer service. I received wonderful customer care and support during my experience with car toys. I am very pleased with my sound system and new radio. I felt very comfortable talking with my sales person and the whole staff. They seemed to generally get a long with each other and it felt very relaxing dealing with them. I also felt all the staff were great and courtesy when talking with them. I know I ended up spending more money than I had first intended but the end results is a very enjoyable sound system. I had gotten a new radio for my older truck and could not find anyone in my county to install it for me before I left on a two month road trip. I called car toys and they got me in the next day and the system works flawlessly. They were friendly, helpful in every way. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Pretty much the same as everywhere else, have to wear a mask and maintain social distances. They have barriers and floor markings in place.

The year make and model of the car real dictate allot of the price. If the car is pre 2002 it could be as low as about $200. Most cars post 2002 can range from $200 - $1000. ($1000 is usually a newer Mercedes) the average I've seen (Post 2002) is about $350 - $400 and then up from there depending on which one you buy.

Anything you want to have installed even if not purchased there. If you go in and show them the products they can get you quote of what it costs to install. There hourly rate is $90.
