HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service from HERMAN the Manager. After upgrading my phone at Costco I was sent there after trying to get a shipping label (Verizon is experiencing huge problems nationwide with upgrades) in order to send my phone in. He rudely told me I would have to wait 40-60 as they were busy. This was a less than 5 minute fix (Verizon’s fault as it was their system that was screwed up). I told him I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years. He was rude, unwillingly to help and was clearly “busy” pealing a label off a phone…really? Since I had already spent several days trying to do the trade in online and with their chat line) I went back to Costco (no help). After four days of frustration I decided to return the phone as no upgrade is worth that kind of hassle, rudeness and horrible customer service. Shame on you Verizon for hiring a “ manager’ like Herman and dismissing a 15 year plus loyal customer!

Incredibly helpful employees were able to create the wife an account, swap her number over, merge it with the family line, upgrade both of our phones, setup the trade ins AND set us up with rugged accessories. Very thankful to have a competent Verizon store close to home, and I look forward to working with them in the future

Refused to serve us even though there weren’t but a few people in the store. They were not above their occupancy. I checked ahead of time and was told we did not need an appointment. They weren’t even slightly interested in helping us.

I walked in to do upgrade, the representative who approached me was nice, since no one is available, which I was expecting, she got me checked in but it’s for 45 minutes waiting, around 30 minutes I got a phone call from her that it’s my turn however I can’t right away because but I had to wait for my kindergarten from school, she said Not to worry and that when I come back they can put me back in the queue, that’s not the issue, bottom line she provided me great service. When I came back, The nice representative wasn’t there. But the Manager instead. For me the whole thing was an appointment, as he cannot find me as an appointment he explained that it wasn’t an appointment. So I have to wait maybe 10 minutes, totally understand, waiting was not bad at all. Overall feedback when I come back and after what I’ve observed on that store “ It feels like a store with technology looking human “ it’s like , here’s your upgrade , good bye. “ or “oh you have a problem with the change, no empathy deal with it”. I think if Siri, Alexa etc. are the ones set to work there , they would be more friendly and welcoming than them. I understand the changes been happening ever since the pandemic and it really change a lot of lives of people. But the whole thing was just bizarre. Is this the new customer service of the future? I wouldn’t be surprised.
