My puppy got up at 3 am extremely thirsty..he drank almost the bowlful of water,he’s a half pug,half chihuahua..he then went to bed and wet the bed,this has never happened before..help!

I am not a vet but any changes in urinary issues and increased thirst, I would bring your dog in. They will likely need to check blood or do ultra sound. Besr of luck ♥️

If he is of puppy are this can happen. But if he continues to drink a lot and urinate a lot, has any vomiting diarrhea or lethargy then he needs to be seen by a veterinarian.
