It is a private club so membership is required or members can bring a guest for a small guest fee
My father is one of the RSO (range safety officers), so I was able to go for a couple of hours. To my understanding, it's closed to the general public, but I believe there is a waiting list for membership. Haven't been there since last December, so their policy may have changed.
