Are there any legal restrictions regarding gold panning/dry panning in the mission trails regional park? I have done research and cant find anything on this topic whatsoever,checked the park website, researched local mineral claims and found null.

Everything at mission trails is peotected, so no you can not gold pan.

You could also try the park service at the visitors center

Honestly I'm not sure, check with the city hall maybe they might know something.
