Piercings is ok depending on what is getting pierced but tattoos you must be 18yrs
It took Mike 4 hours to cover a tattoo that I got when I was 16 years old. Your life and interests change so much from the time you are a teen until you are an adult. I don't recommend getting a tattoo before 25! 😂
