Graham picks up his own phone #2 He picked up after business hours when everyone else is rolled over to a service. #3 He gave me quote over the phone, but after asking more about my project, gave me advice on how to possibly clean the tub based on what my problem was. He wanted my business, but more so what is best for me in my situation. That level of service and integrity is uncommon.
