Friendly service and quick check-in and out. When the servicing of my car took longer than anticipated, the agent, Jose Garcia, went the extra mile by having my car cleaned inside and out. This brought a smile of appreciation to my face and made me a return customer!

Jose was wonderful. Took time to explain everything. Work was able to be done in couple days. The only thing is they always forget to reset my oil change info on dash. We have been going there since 2004 when we bought the Tahoe (from a different dealer) Burien has treated us very well over the years. Thank you to all. (Work done was water pump, drive belt, oil change)

I came here to check out a specific car and surely enough, a salesman provided me with assistance and he did a great job of multi-tasking two customers at the same time. I was allowed to take it for a test drive unsupervised and that was highly appreciated. I ended up loving the car and they had it in great condition. Negotiations were hassle-free and I even received a lower rate than I expected as a first-time buyer. Super happy with this dealership even though I’ve heard so many shady things about dealerships in general.

Our experience trusting Burien Chevrolet to handle repairs to our car were pretty sad. I was waiting for Burien Chevrolet to call and provide updates instead I had to call multiple times, and I felt the customer service could have been way better than what it was. We dropped off our car on a Friday we were told our car could be ready Monday we never received call with updates. Wednesday I went to Burien Chevrolet after I got off work. The fact that our car wasn't ready Monday is really not an issue its just that we were not communicated with to let us know what was going on with our car. The one good thing is our car is running a lot better were happy with the repairs. So my recommendations better customer service in the future.
