We will be camping at Noisy Creek the rest of this week and would like to pick huckleberries. Can soneone point us in the right direction for finding them????

Nope. I've never seen any huckleberries here - at least not when I go in the winter.

They should be all around you. I wouldn't be suprised if you found them just walking around camp. Any of the dirt roads or hiking trails in the area should get you into good berries.

It may be closed still... Noisy creek hade a horrible fire and landslides last year. I went out there in spring and the southern road into lake sullivan was closed. A.k.a. noisy creek... It looks like a nuclear bomb was dropped. The northern road to the ranger station was open. Goodluck!

Yep Colville is good for hucklberries. Look for the thimble Berry bushes, they grow close by.
