Called and talked to the auto center in Walmart asking about getting oil change done. Said they don't do appointments for that just come in. Got my buddy to come with so i could drop off and come back. When I got there they said they are not taking any oil changes today. Poor customer service. Walmart really doesn't care about the customer any more

Walmart is a fairly good place to get oil changes, so I've been getting many there for almost two years now, which is why I'm giving two stars. Today, I go in and they finish the oil change and leave me with a hose that is completely off the air filter causing the vehicle to want to shut off seconds after it starts during idle. I'm not a super knowledgeable car guy, but this problem is something that I'd assume is gone over in the first few months of schooling to become a mechanic. Visual inspections are literally the easiest thing to do in almost any career. I fixed the problem simply by popping the hood open and visually inspecting it myself; turns out all I had to do was re-attach the hose to the air filter, tighten it, and now it runs as it did before I went in for an oil change. Obviously, it ran better with new oil but you get the point. I don't care how much experience you have, you need to make sure you check EVERYTHING before handing the keys back to the customer. Stop taking advantage of young people. Just because we may have a tough time advocating for ourselves, doesn't mean we won't eventually get angry enough to speak our minds. At some point, you're going to one day experience Gen Z's frustration face-to-face and you'll regret not taking that extra 30 seconds to visually inspect.

Nice friendly service. I did have to wait a little bit, but happy to have gotten a good deal.

These folks did a great job on my leaking tire. i went in prepared to buy new tires, and they convinced me to let them look at it. 30 minutes later they had finished. They found a screw in the tire, removed it, plugged the hole, and it cost me $10. Awesome.

No charge for unmounting.10 dollars to mount and twelve dollars to balance and three dollars for a valve stem per tire
I am not sure I do know the best time to get work done is between 7am to 9 am they can get to quickly
Most service is first come, but you can make an appointment.
