Tags boutique has horrible customer service and lacks communication. It took me over 5 days for them to return an email. They only returned and email because I fought the charges with my bank. They told my bank I was not communicating with them. I was communicating via email not on the phone. I need everything documented. They also lied to the bank to get money back. They told the bank I received the items and they would give me a refund when I returned the merchandise. This was never the case. I have an email from them stating that they would refund me without returning the merchandise as long as I dropped my claim with the bank. I never received my order and sent an email that I never received even though there side showed it received. I emailed them asking if they requested a signature upon delivery and they never got back with me. Do not shop here it’s a waste of time and they are very unprofessional. You can get the same merchandise elsewhere.

I wear 14. Limited selection on pants that fit but dresses range from extremely petit to 10-12 easily. Boutique is very nice, some shoes available,sales pwrson great however prices on dresses are pricey $50-80 in my size ans i was told some items are online so if i didnt see them in store i could look online right then for the same item.
