Poor customer service. Can't recommend. The window of time for the repair was 8 AM to 5 PM, but they were supposed to notify the night before of a smaller window of time. The morning rolls around and no contact. On-line "help" was useless, total runaround. Have used in the past, but service has sorely declined.

Business doesn't meet needs or value customer or their time. Was referred by a neighbor who knows them personally and spoke highly of them. Called on Dec 29, 2020 for an appt. to repair a refrigerator. Was given Jan 6th, between 1-5. On Jan 3 received a text and phone call confirming appt. On Jan 5, received a call and text stating tech was sick and appt rescheduled to Jan 19, 1-5. Received a text then confirming appt for the 6th. Later that day, received another text saying appt was confirmed for the 19. Jan 16, received text and email confirming appt on the 19th and again on Monday the 18th. Morning of the 19th, received text, call and email confirming appt that day between 1-5. Received call from tech that we were on his route for 1-5. At 1PM, tech called and said he would be there closer to 4-5. Received later call and said he would be there closer to 5. At 4:45, received call from tech that he wouldn't be there at all and to call and reschedule for Feb 3 or 9. Called SHS and was told I was rescheduled for Feb 16, but someone would call to discuss in 2 hours. After waiting, called again to find out status and was told they confirmed my appt for Feb 16, which I had not confirmed. Said they would expedite and have a supervisor call. Right after hanging up, received a text and email confirming appt for Feb 3, 8-12AM. Still have not received a call from SHS . Very, very poor customer service. I guess that's why they have a 1.08 out of 5 rating with BBB and are not an accredited business. I highly recommend not using them.
