I'm giving it a 1 star because the man who helped us pick out a washer and dryer was very helpful and nice but they told us our washer would be here in 2 days 7/13/22 when it did not show up we were told the next day so we called up and were told they had no trucks scheduled to come in and the lady my boyfriend spoke to told him there are people who have been waiting 1+ years for their appliances so I'm confused on why they gave us an arrival date knowing they were lying to us and failed to tell us this wait period before we bought our item. I decided to get a return today and take my money and business somewhere else that won't lie and will deliver when expected to. Shame on you colville Sears do better!

Well I’m going to “vent”; staff is great or thought so, Suzie who was happy to make a sale and a service appointment is very resistant to issue a credit for services not performed. I’ve called in for 3 weeks and am continues to tell me she needs a receipt to issue the credit when everything pertaining to the credit was done over the phone. I don’t have the receipt and am trying to locate one that was delivered to my cabin and contractor doing the remodel ( but should have been given to me, as I paid for it ) and when I asked for the store email ( in case I could track the one delivered ) to send a copy was told she couldn’t give me an email but the phone number. I thought that being in a small town that the folks here would reflect a small town but guess since it’s Sears and an employee of the large company, I WAS WRONG. I’ll just eat the refund and never shop there or at Sears again. Well just got a call from Aaron, stating that a refund will be issued but as rude as one could be, all about a receipt that i was never given, Oh, well lets wait to see if I actually get a check? Check arrived today but will NEVER buy from there again, will go to Home Depot, better and friendly customer service with NO attitude
