No, a bit of an incline and stairs down to the beach then a short walk

Depends on your mobility needs. From the Kalaloch campground parkinf lot there is a steep paved path then steep wooden stairs. Not wheelchair accessable at all, not walker friendly, and if you have bad knees the stairs are not easy even if you don't use mobility aids. The walk is very short once on the beach, but getting down to the beach is potentially difficult.
