I agree, i called in to ask if they have an item In stock. All I got was no help, 5 differnt people talked to me askin me what I need. I tell them what I need, they put me on hold and another person comes and asks me what I need. Endless cycle of wasting time. They act as if its not thier job to help me so they put me on hold for almost 45 mins.
