Reservations are not needed, it comes off like upscale place because of the rave reviews and considering there's only one in the Chicagoland area but it's a casual environment.

Last time i went there we arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and the wait for a table for 6 was 1 hour and 15 minutes. We ended up waiting for 5 minutes before we had a table.
