What is Lowe’s policy on plant or flower refunds? If something dies within a certain time frame, can I get a refund? Do I need to bring the plant in?

Yes you need to bring the plants back and a receipt will help. If you charged it they can look it up but takes a little bit longer. Believe up to one year guarantee
