Do any of these places ever have receipt paper to print at the pump? Would love to fuel and go and not spend time behind everyone so I can get my receipt that is supposed to be available at the pump.

No they don't

Having worked at Pilot before is a GSM they are supposed to be loading the gas pumps with paper so you can get your receipt and go but many times it doesn't get done or the printer may be malfunctioning but I do understand your frustration the only suggestion I can make is that you email corporate office if you can get the store number if that specific pilot and let them know
