We had a pull through site for our 32' Reflection 5th wheel. The property was clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff in the office were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Set your trash out before 9AM and they pick it up! Our site was level! Easy to get in and out with our rig. Suggestion - the long term camper that was next to us should be made to tidy up their site. We would stay there again if in the area.

This is by far the nicest KOA I have been to. The owners and staff all treat you like family, there's a ton of amenities to keep you entertained and they keep the place clean. Bathrooms are nice and clean and spacious and laundry room is good. Very very amazing campground. A must stay would give 20 stars if I was able.

Baileyton KOA: If you have ever read any of my other reviews on KOA's you will know that I am not a big fan. Many of the numerous ones we have been in are cramped and hard to negotiate with a large rig. This one however is different. They have created a new section specifically for large rigs with long gravel sites and wide spaces between units. They have added a new and beautiful office/store and are continuing to do more work everyday. This is not a gigantic park by any means but has all the amenities including a small pool (they have plans laid out for a newer and larger pool), dog park, playground, bathhouse, a small pavilion, horseshoes, games for the kids and more. One of the owners and all of the other folks that we have spoken to were helpful and excited to bring big changes to the campground. In conclusion saying something I rarely ever say, I would be happy to come back to this KOA.

Well maintained campground. Level pull thru site. Even though the sites were close together, there was still room for a picnic table and fire ring. It wasn't as close as other KOAs that we have been to. They have a lot of activities, like a driving range and peddle carts and a catch and release pond. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They all wore the yellow KOA shirts, which is very helpful and the first time I have noticed this at a KOA.

yes it open. we were just there.
We live about 40 miles away and this is our choice for something quick and local. Easy to get to from the interstate and well maintained grounds. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A few full time campers that are not that friendly but they are on the back row.
I allow local guests to come in and use the pool Sunday- Thursday from 10:00 AM- 3:00PM. No Holidays. $3.00 per person.
Yes, I have two large cabins that sleep 6. I have a tiny house looking onto the driving range. It can sleep 4.
If you are looking for an extended stay, for an RV I do ask to see a photo of your rig.
