Great staff! Fast service. Good food. What else do you want in a restaurant? Go gitter eated!

Went in for lunch and they were very busy. Waited for a booth to open up. After we sat down there was a delay before anyone took our order, understandable due to being busy. Server finally took our order. The party who came in after us received their order as well as the next three parties after us. Some of these parties completed eating and left while we still had never received our food or even seen our server. We decided to leave and while driving out of the parking lot we saw our server behind the restaurant smoking. I know being busy can be stressful and everyone deserves a few minutes break, but shouldn't she have at least made sure someone else took care of her tables? We eat at this waffle house a lot but it will be a while if ever before we go back.

Some of the best breakfast food I've had in a few years staff was amazing and it's true what they say that the only time to eat at waffle house is in the middle of the night

Love the biscuit & extra gravy, I'm very picky about my eggs. I like them "soft Scrambled" whites done, yellow still a little runny. When I call in my order, the ladies know who I am & the cook does a fantastic job on my eggs. They never make me wait more than a minute or two because they know I'm on my way to work. It's soon after I arrive I hear, Kimberly your order is ready to go... I love the staff, service & the food!!! Thanks to all who still care about their customers & the pride they take in their service. 5 Stars for me!!

Debra Johnson, I liked the friendliness of our server and the rest of the staff. If you're in a hurry or just want a quiet meal, let your server know you're okay and you'll get her attention when you need it. Louanne Berry. as for the elderly server, you should go online and tell your experience to corporate. I don't like the idea of an elderly woman getting fired; however, business is business and perhaps she can find work that keeps her busy and away from customers. If it was your store, would you want that kind of employee working for you?
Happens all the time at Waffle House.
