I’m disappointed with this Dairy Queen location. We came for dinner this evening (5/9/2022) and ordered ice cream after. We ordered our ice cream 30 minutes ago and it still isn’t out and I’m watching them make ice cream for car after car in the drive through so I don’t think anyone is even preparing ours even after asking them about it. While sitting here waiting on our ice cream for the last 30 minutes, I observed a woman cleaning the legs of the tables. That’s great and all but my children pointed out to me that she was “smoking” I then watched her hit her vape pen right in the lobby looking over her shoulder trying not to be caught but all of the customers and children around her can see her clearly. I then watched her go straight from cleaning to serving food without going to wash her hands first. Gross. I will add that the young lady at the register was very sweet and had excellent customer service: I didn’t catch her name but she & the ice cream were the only positive parts of our trip here this evening.

The food is good, but double check your bag, you rarely get what you asked for the first time.... It a bummer to get home and realize that you don't get you toast, or another time the gravy, or fries opposed to rings.... What you do get is fresh and tasty though.....

Cashier did not know customer movement or stay in place. Was all over store when had 1 in front of me and 1 behind. Took 6-7 minutes to ring me up. Then when I got my 6 minute sandwich made fresh to order. I received it within 2 minutes and was told it was fresh when it was clearly not. Refunded and left, bout lost my lunch break because of them. Luckily I get an hour or I wouldn't had got to eat lunch. Went across street to cookout

I went into this Dairy Queen just a few days ago and was absolutely astonished by how well their customer service was. I grew up in an area that didn’t have a Dairy Queen, so I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I believe the guy who helped me was named Cameron, and he was very patient and gave me a rundown of the different types of ice cream options. His big smile and enthusiasm made me feel more comfortable while making my order. I’ll never forget how welcoming he and the rest of the staff was… I’ve been eating out for over two decades now and this was by far the best experience I’ve had to date.
