Easily the most dysfunctional and unprofessional medical clinic I have ever dealt with. I have called for over 6 days trying to give them results from lab work. Nobody ever answers except on occasion an answering service. I have left probably 3 messages and I'm still waiting on a call back. On my 2 visits, Dr. White barely smiles or feels truly empathetic. Her assistant had a weird smile constantly, seemed very odd. It is a really unprofessional staff all the way around. I had a sense they are pushing the products behind the receptionist. All which are very expensive and for what I bought, ineffective. I hate to say this, but go elsewhere for treatment. This place lacks in customer service. How hard is it to answer your phone or return calls? That's kind of important in your line of work.
