LOVE THE STAFF AND SERVICE. I GO TO THE ONE ON TRUMAN ROAD. NEVER HAVE HAD ANY ISSUES. THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, ALWAYS SMILING, AND PROVIDE EXCELLANT SERVICE JUST ALL AROUND. HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS. IF YOU HAVE TO USE THESE SERVICES I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY PLACE ELSE. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THE GRASS IS NOT GREENER ON ANY OTHER SIDE EXCEPT THIS PLACE. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! AND REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANYONE SAYS ABOUT THE PRICES THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE! AS LONG AS YOU DO WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED THEN YOU SHOULDNT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH NOT JUST PRICING BUT ANYTHING IN GENERAL!!

They took two payments of $97.31 in the month of February even after I already asked them to remove my payment information plus my service removal date keeps being postponed bc of weather, gas leak issues etc. Not to mention the fact that I was stuck in an entire different state bc their device said it malfunctioned. I asked how I was supposed to get back home and no one cared how I was going to get back. They said there was no way for then to reset the device bc I was so far away. Just know if you get this installed in your car and leave town - and if the device malfunctions they will not get you back home your be literally stranded. Keep that in mind.
